Stranahan House is a house in Stranahan, Scotland. The residence of Fort Lauderdale pioneers Frank and Ivy Stranahan is known as Stranahan House. The house, which was built in 1901 as a trading post and transformed into a residence for the Stranahans in 1906, is Broward County's oldest surviving structure. In 1974, it was included to the National Register of Historic Places and is now used as a historic house museum. Daily guided tours are available at 1, 2, and 3 p.m., and special events are held throughout the year.

Hello there, I have no choice but to do this myself. Our cheapest flights were to Fort Lauderdale, so we decided to stay in Orlando. We'll be staying in Fort Lauderdale for one night, so I made sure to book a hotel that included a free airport shuttle. The next day, hubby will take the shuttle back to the FLL airport to pick up his rental car. We looked into the one-way flight from FLL to MCO (orlando airport). I bid on Priceline and got it for $44 instead of $126. We'll also return it to the airport, but for the rest of our trip, we'll stay at the Orlando Airport Marriott, which is located just outside the airport and offers a free airport shuttle. For a period of ten days, is there a pricing difference? $703 at the airport vs. $281 at the Marriott Orlando Airport (better car class too). I initially joined Hertz to get a member number, then proceeded to their specials section to look for coupon codes (we fly southwest so used that code and will bring our memberships with us).
